With services to include identity verification, fraud detection, risk scoring, and behavioral analysis to strengthen screening standards beyond traditional background checks.
Additionally, we are implementing a 60-day advance rent requirement for mid-term stays. This ensures rental funds are collected ahead of occupancy, providing consistent cash flow and reducing payment risk.
