Busy Time of Year Approaching
As many of you know, Spring through the Summer time is our busiest time of year. This is often the time when family’s prefer to move because their children are out of school, and also the two military schools cycle their personnel in and out of the area! If your properties lease expires around this time of year, you’re in luck! We usually have the easiest time renting property during the summer months. Although there are other factors to consider, this has been a consistent trend for years.
